THE PREDICTION
When taking into account the fact they are too far adrift of the top two in the Premier League and combining it with their Champions League exit at the quarter-final stage, the FA Cup is now the priority for Chelsea this season. They face a Palace side enjoying an excellent first season under Patrick Vieira, with the Eagles having enjoyed some excellent results in the Premier League in recent weeks, namely a goalless draw with title-chasers Liverpool and a couple of convincing wins over Arsenal and Everton. That should enjoy that Thomas Tuchel’s side do not take this lightly though, and they are unlikely to slip-up here with a final berth in their sights. Palace should make this tough and may well hold out until half-time, but the Blues are favoured to edge it in the end.
