THE PREDICTION
Jon Dahl Tomasson is under pressure at Ewood Park with Blackburn Rovers held to another draw at home to a struggling team at the weekend. Their 1-1 draw against Huddersfield Town means that Rovers’ only victory in their last eight matches across all competitions was when they came from behind to defeat Cambridge United in the third round of the FA Cup. They now face a Wrexham side that, under Phil Parkinson, need to bounce back from their fiery 1-0 loss to Newport County at the weekend. Parkinson has a habit of cup runs and Wrexham are aiming to combine League Two promotion with their jaunt into the latter stages of this competition. They shocked Coventry last year and it really wouldn’t be surprising if ex-Bolton boss Parkinson went and upset what is expected to be another flat and concerned crowd in Lancashire as Blackburn look over their shoulder in the bottom-half of the Championship.
TIP: DOUBLE CHANCE – WREXHAM TO WIN OR DRAW
