THE LOWDOWN
TOTTENHAM
- Tottenham sit three points adrift of the top four ahead of this encounter and find themselves in good form having won four of their last five top flight matches.

NEWCASTLE
- Newcastle suffered arguably their most disappointing defeat under Eddie Howe in their last game, after losing 1-0 away to ten-man Everton, although they still remain nine points clear of the bottom three.
- The Magpies remain without a number of key players through injury such as Callum Wilson, Kieran Trippier and Isaac Hayden, although Jonjo Shelvey is expected to be available.

THE PREDICTION
Tottenham cannot afford to drop points in what is an excellent opportunity for them to pile the pressure on North London rivals Arsenal ahead of their clash with Crystal Palace the following evening. Although Newcastle won’t be easy to break down with their defence having become significantly stronger across the past couple of months since the January transfer window, Spurs’ frontline led by an in-form Harry Kane which has racked up eight goals across their last two home league matches should do enough to eventually break down Eddie Howe’s side and secure a crucial three points.
Tip: TOTTENHAM TO WIN
