THE LOWDOWN
TOTTENHAM
It would be a very frustrating season for Tottenham Hotspur if they were to miss out on a top four finish and UEFA Champions League qualification after what has been a major improvement and uplift in the mood surrounding the club, following the appointment of Ange Postecoglou last summer.
They begin this weekend’s round of fixtures sitting five points adrift of Aston Villa in fourth, albeit with a game-in-hand, and there is a chance that fifth place qualifies for the UEFA Champions League next season. Their most recent outing saw them beaten 2-1 by Wolverhampton Wanderers at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium a couple of weeks ago.
CRYSTAL PALACE
Oliver Glasner took charge of his first Crystal Palace match last weekend as the Eagles eventually hammered relegation-bound Burnley by three goals to nil at Selhurst Park. In that match, Palace had to wait until the 68th minute to open the scoring via Chris Richards before goals from Jordan Ayew and Jean-Philippe Mateta. Josh Brownhill was sent off after 35 minutes for the Clarets.
That victory has helped them move away from the bottom three and the relegation places and they begin the weekend with an eight-point gap between themselves and Luton Town in 18th. They have been one of the least enjoyable teams to watch in the league this season with just 31 goals in 26 matches.
THE TEAM NEWS
TOTTENHAM
It has been confirmed that in-form forward, Richarlison, will be unavailable for Tottenham for the next two to three weeks with an injury.
Destiny Udogie has trained, though, and there is a 'chance' he could return to the team tomorrow but his fellow full-back, Pedro Porro, will be missing for 'probably another week'.
PREDICTED XI (4-2-3-1): Vicario; Emerson Royal, Romero, Van de Ven, Udogie; Sarr, Bentancur; Kulusevski, Maddison, Son; Werner
UNAVAILABLE: Forster (Injured), Pedro Porro (Injured), Sessegnon (Injured), Solomon (Injured), Richarlison (Injured)
QUESTIONABLE: Udogie (Injured)
CRYSTAL PALACE
Oliver Glasner has confirmed that Crystal Palace have the blessing of being able to welcome back midfield duo, Will Hughes and Eberechi Eze, after respective injury issues.
They remain without Marc Guehi, though, with the England defender having undergone surgery and he will be missing for an extended period. Joachim Andersen is set to be available, though.
PREDICTED XI (3-4-2-1): Johnstone; Ward, Andersen, Richards; Munoz, Wharton, Lerma, Mitchell; Ayew, Edouard; Mateta
UNAVAILABLE: Guehi (Injured), Holding (Injured), Doucoure (Injured), Rak-Sakyi (Injured), Olise (Injured)

THE PREDICTION
Tottenham are under a bit of pressure this weekend as they welcome Palace to the north for a London derby. Spurs will set about their opposition the only way they know how which will be to attack their opposition. Palace have not necessarily been set up like that for quite some time but an intense pressing style is how Oliver Glasner will attempt to implement. Spurs are favourites but, as a result of Palace’s intended style, it could be quite fun for the neutral.
TIP: TOTTENHAM TO WIN & OVER 2.5 GOALS
