Following promotion last season, Ipswich Town have remained winless so far this season but that is not necessarily a fair reflection of their performances as they now welcome another likely struggler throughout the season, Everton, to Portman Road this weekend.

IPSWICH PREVIEW: GETTING RESULTS NOW
Kieran McKenna has led Ipswich Town to back-to-back promotions and the Tractor Boys have been impressive in terms of their performance level since returning to the top-flight for the first time in over 20 years but they do remain winless after seven matches so far this season.
They began with defeats to Liverpool and Manchester City before four successive draws. Their final game before the international break did seem them hammered 4-1 by West Ham United. However, unlike some other managers this year and in recent years, McKenna has clearly slightly adapted his style of football to make Ipswich more effective this season and they do, even without a win, look like the brightest of the three newly-promoted sides.
EVERTON PREVIEW: THE PRAGMATIC EFFECTIVENESS OF DYCHE
Everton began the season with four successive defeats but the Toffees have collected five points in their last three matches, which has also coincided with a breakthrough and agreement over the takeover of the club by an American ownership group that are also in charge of Serie A giants, Roma.
Sean Dyche’s side went into the break on the back of a goalless draw against Newcastle United at Goodison Park in which Anthony Gordon missed a penalty for the visitors. Prior to that, Everton earned their first win of the Premier League campaign as they came from behind to defeat a still winless Crystal Palace side at Goodison.

IPSWICH VS EVERTON PREDICTION
Kieran McKenna, whilst perhaps adapting the Ipswich Town style of play ever so slightly, is still a proactive and progressive manager that puts his Town team out on the front foot, especially at Portman Road. They are up against an Everton side that have been able to show real quality in counter-attacking situations with the likes of Iliman Ndiaye, Abdoulaye Doucoure and Dwight McNeil good in transition. A high-scoring affair would seem like quite a good bet for this one down in Suffolk.
