FULHAM PREVIEW: FRUSTRATING DRAWS
Fulham looked set for their second Premier League win of the season last weekend, but they conspired to concede in injury time to West Ham, Danny Ings rescuing a point for the Hammers.
That's now successive 1-1 draws in the Premier League after they were held by Ipswich prior to the international break, and they were eliminated from the League Cup on Tuesday with an epic 16-15 penalty shoot-out loss to Championship strugglers Preston.
NEWCASTLE PREVIEW: DIGGING DEEP
Newcastle have seemingly developed the knack of winning games without playing well, with their come-from-behind win over Wolves last week maintaining their unbeaten start to the Premier League season.
The Magpies have picked up ten points from a possible 12 so far, and Eddie How will surely be delighted with that return given that they have more gears to move through.
FULHAM TEAM NEWS: HEALTHY SQUAD
It's as you were in the Fulham treatment room with only Carlos Vinicius missing through injury.
Raul Jimenez was preferred up front to the misfiring Rodrigo Muniz last weekend and, after scoring, seems likely to retain his place.
PREDICTED XI (4-2-3-1): Leno; Tete, Andersen, Bassey, Robinson; Pereira, Lukic; Traore, Smith Rowe, Iwobi; Jimenez
UNAVAILABLE: Carlos Vinicius (Injured)

NEWCASTLE TEAM NEWS: ISAK DOUBTFUL
Alexander Isak faces a race against time to make the trip to London, as the Swedish striker has "a knock to his foot" according to Howe. With Callum Wilson still out injured, Anthony Gordon could occupy a central role, with summer signing William Osula another option.
Sven Botman, Jamaal Lascelles and Lewis Miley are still some way off a return.
PREDICTED XI (4-3-3): Pope; Livramento, Schar, Burn, Hall; Longstaff, Bruno Guimaraes, Joelinton; Murphy, Gordon, Barnes
UNAVAILABLE: Botman (Injured), Lascelles (Injured), Miley (Injured), Wilson (Injured)
QUESTIONABLE: Isak (Injured)
FULHAM VS NEWCASTLE PREDICTION
Neither team have been at their best so far yet Newcastle have proven they are able to grind out wins. Indeed, only reigning champions Man City have accumulated a higher points total at this early stage of the season, and with no European football distractions for Eddie Howe's men this season, they should have another strong domestic campaign. However, Fulham have found the net in all six of their competitive games this season, while both teams have scored in Newcastle's last four, so that is the suggested market in this one.
