THE TEAM NEWS
EVERTON
Sean Dyche has confirmed that Abdoulaye Doucoure is back on the grass and training at Everton but the former Watford midfielder remains unlikely to feature against Tottenham this weekend, although that has not been entirely ruled out.
Seamus Coleman was a ‘maybe’ for their midweek draw with Fulham and he remains that way as he regains match fitness ahead of this weekend. Both Arnaut Danjuma and Amadou Onana are injury doubts, too.
PREDICTED XI (4-4-1-1): Pickford; Godfrey, Tarkowski, Branthwaite, Mykolenko; Young, Gueye, Garner, McNeil; Harrison; Calvert-Lewin
UNAVAILABLE: Gomes (Injured), Alli (Injured)
QUESTIONABLE: Coleman (Injured), Doucoure (Injured), Onana (Injured) Danjuma (Injured)
TOTTENHAM
Ange Postecoglou confirmed that no players picked up any injuries in their 3-2 defeat of Brentford in a London derby on Wednesday evening so they will have everyone that was involved available for this weekend’s trip to Merseyside.
Spurs are also boosted, too, by the return of Senegalese international midfielder Pape Matar Sarr, who could be involved at Goodison Park after Senegal were beaten by Ivory Coast at AFCON last week.
PREDICTED XI (4-2-3-1): Vicario; Porro, Romero, Van de Ven, Udogie; Skipp, Bentancur; Kulusevski, Maddison, Johnson; Richarlison
UNAVAILABLE: Sessegnon (Injured), Lo Celso (Injured), Bissouma (International duty), Solomon (Injured), Son (International duty)

THE PREDICTION
It seemed as though their ten-point deduction had united and spurred Everton on to comfortably survive this season but The Toffees slipped into the bottom three and the relegation places in midweek. Their goalless draw with out-of-form Fulham means they have won just one of their last nine matches across all competitions, scoring just five goals in that time. They face a Tottenham side that had to react from a poor first-half display against Brentford and scored three goals in ten minutes as they try challenge for a top four spot. Spurs are favourites for this one against an Everton team in really poor form.
TIP: TOTTENHAM TO WIN
