THE LOWDOWN
BRIGHTON
- Brighton’s first defeat of the season saw them lose 2-1 at promoted outfit Fulham with Graham Potter admitting that his side were simply not good enough on the night, but the Seagulls are still in a lofty league position at this early stage of the campaign.
- Although Adam Lallana isn’t expected to recover from injury in time to play any part here, winger Jeremy Sarmiento is back in training and could be named in the squad, whilst defender Joel Veltman is fit and available to start once again.
LEICESTER
- Man Utd poured more misery on Leicester on Thursday evening with the Foxes’s defeat leaving them rock-bottom of the table on just one point from five games.
- Under-pressure manager Brendan Rodgers may look to change formation in a bid to finally get a tune out of his side, bringing defender Caglar Soyuncu back into the starting line-up and moving Wilfred Ndidi back into midfield.

THE PREDICTION
Brendan Rodgers cut a frustrated figure in the aftermath of Thursday’s defeat to Man Utd as he appeared to point the finger at the Leicester hierarchy for not backing him in the transfer market. It is clear that all is not well in the Foxes camp at the moment, which is in stark contrast to the unity in the Brighton dressing room. Although the south coast side suffered their defeat of the season in their midweek fixture, there should be no adverse reaction to that and Graham Potter’s men can be fancied to bounce back against this beleaguered Leicester outfit.
TIP: BRIGHTON TO WIN
