THE LOWDOWN
BRENTFORD
- Brentford shocked everyone last weekend, not least Chelsea after coming from behind to stun the Blues with four second-half goals, beating their local rivals 1-4 at Stamford Bridge.
- Josh Dasilva has already missed a significant period of the season with injury and is now expected to spend further time on the sidelines with a hamstring strain, whilst Julian Jeanvier and Frank Onyeka are absent.
WEST HAM
- West Ham’s Europa League quarter-final tie against Lyon hangs in the balance following a hard-fought 1-1 draw in the first-leg and now they must turn their attention towards this London derby as they look to stay inside the European places.
- Right-back Vladimir Coufal was on the bench this past Thursday and could come into contention for this one, whilst fellow defender Angelo Ogbonna is out and attacking midfielder Manuel Lanzini a big doubt.

THE PREDICTION
West Ham could be forgiven for having one eye on their impending Europa League quarter-final second-leg, with a potential two-legged date with Spanish giants Barcelona on the horizon. However, this could prove to their cost when it comes to the Premier League as Brentford are an extremely dangerous side on an excellent goalscoring run, having found the net ten times across their last four top flight fixtures. In Eriksen, they have a world class creative hub in midfield and with no fixture in midweek the freshness within their squad should give them the edge over a West Ham side who had to play with ten men against Lyon for over half of the match. With that in mind, the shrewd play here would be to back the hosts via the draw no bet market.
Tip: BRENTFORD DRAW NO BET
