THE LOWDOWN
BOURNEMOUTH
- Gary O’Neil’s AFC Bournemouth have picked up some surprise points in the last couple of months and The Cherries are keeping themselves alive but they remain in the bottom three and the relegation places ahead of this one.
- After signing in January but being injured since, Illya Zabarnyi is now available for The Cherries, as well as Marcus Tavernier, who had been out. Hamed Traore had an illness during the international break but is expected to be fine and available for Saturday afternoon.
FULHAM
- Last time out Fulham self-destructed as they were holding on to a 1-0 lead at Manchester United in the quarter-finals of the FA Cup. The Cottagers remain in contention for the top seven and potential European qualification, despite their frustrating getting the better of them at Old Trafford.
- Shane Duffy is doubtful for the weekend, whilst both Willian and Aleksandar Mitrovic are suspended due to their Old Trafford combustion, alongside manager Marco Silva.

FULHAM
PREDICTED XI (4-2-3-1): Leno; Tete, Diop, Ream, Robinson; Reed, Palhinha; Decordova-Reid, Pereira, Soloman; Vinicius

THE PREDICTION
AFC Bournemouth come into this on the back of a 3-0 hammering at the hands of in-form Aston Villa in their most recent outing, a couple of weeks ago, before the international break. The Cherries, under the management of Gary O’Neil, have been relatively entertaining to watch, especially with Dominic Solanke and Dango Ouattara causing problems. They now face a Fulham side that will be frustrated with their most recent display and will be concerned by the lack of both Willian and Mitrovic for this game. Given that, as well as their home advantage, backing a Bournemouth win looks good value here.
