THE PREDICTION
Despite a recent Covid-19 outbreak at Man City, Pep Guardiola’s side have coped admirably with various squad absentees, winning their last three matches in all competitions since their fixture away at Everton was postponed. City have been in decent form now for some time, having picked up 17 points from their last 21 available in the Premier League. They need to keep their momentum going however if they wish to catch the likes of Liverpool and Man Utd at the top of the table. With a number of players back following their self-isolation, the hosts have little excuse to secure anything other than a comprehensive victory over a Brighton side who are winless in their last eight league games, so consider Man City to triumph by at least two clear goals here.
