THE PREDICTION

With neither side having anything to play for other than positioning in the Championship table, this should prove an entertaining contest with both Blackburn and Birmingham throwing caution to the wind somewhat. The hosts in particular have been playing with a large amount of attacking freedom upon the realisation that the mid table finish was the best they could hope for this season, scoring ten goals over the course of their last five league games. Birmingham meanwhile, are coming off the back of a 0-4 hammering at the hands of Cardiff and their fragile defence will likely prove no match for the attacking quality of striker Adam Armstrong alongside his teammates and he will be expected to get on the scoresheet here, ultimately leading his Blackburn side to victory.
