THE PREDICTION

KV Oostende snapped a three-match winless run with a much-needed 1-0 result at home to Standard Liege last Saturday. They look set to escape a serious relegation fight with plenty of other sides in worse shape but travelling Sint-Truiden come off the back of a third-straight victory that surely sees them escape altogether. A 2-0 win at home to OH Leuven last Sunday backs up a huge 0-1 victory at leaders Union Saint-Gilloise the week before and just two defeats from their last seven league games suggests they can at least avoid defeat here. KV Oostende’s home form was shocking before their win last weekend but this match looks intriguing now if also hard to predict. Leave this out of an accumulator but backing Sint-Truiden at draw no bet seems a reasonable option here.
