THE PREDICTION

Beerschot’s 0-2 defeat at home to KV Oostende last Saturday was their fifth loss in a row across all competitions and, perhaps more worryingly, their fifth without scoring. They look a beaten side already here with travelling Anderlecht in fine form, coming off a 2-2 draw at Club Brugge last Sunday that they were leading before the 85^th minute. Vincent Kompany’s improving side are unbeaten in their last seven matches across all competitions and their last six in the league with 16 goals scored in that span. A win to nil for the away side is tempting given Beerschot’s record but taking them to win by a margin of two or more goals seems the more sensible pick.
