The home team come into this on the back of a comfortable victory at home to MLS newcomers Austin. That 2-0 win wasn't necessarily thrilling but they got the job done. They come up against a Seattle Sounders side that hammered Minnesota United 4-0 in their opening match but the game was level at half-time and they didn’t statistically dominate the match other than the scoreline.
