THE TEAM NEWS
ZAMBIA
Zambia only made two substitutions in their 1-1 draw with the Democratic Republic of Congo on Wednesday evening and Avram Grant is likely to be content enough to name an unchanged side for this second group stage game.
PREDICTED XI (4-1-4-1): Mulenga; Mwape, Sunzu, F.Musonda, Kabwe; Kapumbu; L.Musonda, Kangwa, Banda, Sakala; Daka
UNAVAILABLE:
QUESTIONABLE:
TANZANIA
Tanzania had a miserable opening encounter against one of the pre-tournament favourites, Morocco, with Novatus Miyoshi now suspended after his red card in that match. Tarryn Allarakhia is also likely to be unavailable after going off with an injury.
PREDICTED XI (4-3-3): Manula; Mnoga, Mwamnyeto, Hamad, Hussein; Yahya, Mao, Abraham; M’Mombwa, Samatta, Starkie
UNAVAILABLE: Miyoshi (Suspended)
QUESTIONABLE: Allarakhia (Injured)
THE PREDICTION
These two teams would appear fairly evenly matched on paper with a really good opportunity for both to challenge for the knockout stages as it would seem likely that Morocco but the Democratic Republic of Congo to the sword before this game. However, whilst a low-scoring encounter is to be expected regardless of the end match result, the Zambians would appear slight favourites as they continue their improvement since the appointment of the aforementioned Avram Grant.
TIP: ZAMBIA TO WIN & UNDER 3.5 GOALS
