THE PREDICTION
The Democratic Republic of Congo come into this one on the back of sharing a 1-1 draw with Egypt in their Round of 16 tie of the Africa Cup of Nations. They then, though, managed to defeat The Pharaohs by eight goals to seven on penalties. They face a Guinean side that were much the better team against Equatorial Guinea but they did only just about manage to get over the line with a last-minute goal after having a man advantage for over half an hour and their opposition missed a penalty. Regardless of the end outcome on Friday evening, it appears relatively certain this will be a low-scoring and tense, nervy affair.
