Under the management of Graham Arnold, Australia have progressed into the quarter-finals of the AFC Asian Cup in fairly convincing fashion. Back-to-back to nil victories over India and Syria were followed up by a draw with Uzbekistan and then a hammering of Indonesia in the Round of 16. They now face a South Korea side that pulled off a dramatic win against Saudi Arabia the other day with a 99th minute equaliser forcing themselves towards a penalty shootout victory in that tie. This one is a team that have made themselves a functional tournament team up against a Korean side that have been very unconvincing so an Australian win would appear a good bet for this one.
