There are 825 players that have been selected at the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar, across 32 countries. 52 different individual leagues are being represented with 294 different clubs sending a player to the tournament.
The most players from one club originally selected is 17 and that is German champions Bayern Munich with seven of the German national team, four Frenchman and then one player from the Netherlands, Cameroon, Morocco, Croatia, Canada and then one from Senegal, Sadio Mane, who had to withdraw on the eve of the tournament due to injury.
