THE PREDICTION
The Dutch have lost Deyovaiso Zeefuik to injury, Teun Koopmeiners to the senior squad, Noa Lang to injury, Ludovit Reis to club obligation and Brian Brobbey to injury. Those crucial losses could hamper the Netherlands after they won their group on goal difference above one of the fellow tournament favourites Denmark. They come up against a French squad that have lost several players themselves to the current squad such as Jules Kounde. France’s coach Sylvain Ripoll has come under heavy criticism as the side tends to underperform their excellent level of player. Both sides will fancy themselves for a goal because of their quality of squad but a result is difficult to call given the circumstances of the squad changes.
