THE PREDICTION
These two come into this continental semi-final on the back of very different domestic seasons and circumstances in general. ES Tunis were crowned champions of the Tunisian top-flight with a ten-point lead despite their recent form seeing them being knocked out of the round of 32 in the cup, losing the first-leg of the CAF Champions League quarter-final tie against Belouizdad and winning just one of their final five league matches. They come up against an Al-Ahly side that are 24 points adrift of Egyptian league leaders Zamalek but they still have six games in hand to complete in a disrupted season. Both sides have had tight defences throughout their runs to the final and domestically so, given the occasion, this one should be a low-scoring encounter.
