Fiorentina Preview: Much-needed victory for I Viola
Former Monza boss Raffaele Palladino is in charge of a Fiorentina side that were fighting for three trophies at Christmas but a poor start to 2025 has cost them greatly in Serie A and also knocked them out of the Coppa Italia but they remain strong on the continent.
They defeated Greek Super League side Panathinaikos by three goals to one in midweek thanks to strikes from Rolando Mandragora, Albert Gudmundsson and Moise Kean to complete a turnaround and a 5-4 aggregate victory in the UEFA Europa Conference League Round of 16.
Juventus Preview: Struggles for the Old Lady
Juventus decided to make a major cultural shift last summer with an importance on becoming younger and more dynamic in terms of their personnel as well as in the dugout with Thiago Motta taking charge of a Bianconeri side clinging on to a top four spot in Serie A.
The Old Lady were knocked out of the UEFA Champions League by PSV Eindhoven as well as the Coppa Italia by Empoli last month before then suffering a 4-0 annihilation at the hands of Atalanta at the J Stadium in Turin last weekend.

Fiorentina vs Juventus Prediction
Fiorentina have, as mentioned, endured a really tough run of form in the last few months which has seen them collapse domestically. However, in the middle of that run, they did manage to defeat defending champions and league leaders Internazionale by three goals to nil. They face a Juventus side that, even when they have won this season, have been consistently poor and the pressure is very much on for Motta. Given their home advantage and ability to pull big results out of the bag, as well as Juve being so average, siding with Fiorentina is the way to go for this one at the Artemio Franchi.
Fiorentina vs Juventus Tip: Double chance – Fiorentina to win or draw
