Finland vs Latvia Prediction

Although Latvia have won two games so far in this tournament, none of them have been achieved in regulation, instead they have required overtime on both occasions to get over the line, firstly against Canada in a shock result, before then defeating Germany with a loss vs USA sandwiched between those victories.

Finland have gained one win in regulation time, that being against Germany. But their best result came via overtime two days ago, as they scored a dramatic game-winner to stun USA 3-4. Such a result was a huge boost for them in what was a superb showing. Latvia have shown that they can also triumph against the odds and it would be no surprise to see a very tight encounter. But when push comes to shove, Finland defence looks a little bit stronger and may just carry them over the line.
