Coleman Wong will face fellow young gun Federico Cina in a battle of the wildcards in Madrid. 

The 20-year-old from Hong Kong has the slight edge in experience over the Italian who will be featuring in just the third tour-level match of his career. 

Wong recently made some headlines when he defeated Ben Shelton in Miami as the heavy underdog and it will interesting to see how he fares as the favourite in this one. 

Neither player has much pedigree on clay at a senior level, although Cina did reach the final of the French Open in the boys’ doubles as a junior. 

Tour-level is so often a different beast and Wong should make his slight edge in terms of experience count on the day.
