FPL Gameweek 4 – head-to-head comparisons: Neal Maupay vs Aleksandar Mitrovic
It was a rollercoaster of a Gameweek 3 for Brighton's Neil Maupay (£6.5m) with the initial high of scoring his third goal of the season, replaced by a low after his handball saw Man Utd score a penalty with the last kick of the game to beat the Seagulls 2-3. For Aleksandar Mitrovic (£6.0m) there were no goals at all as Fulham were put to the sword by Aston Villa at Craven Cottage, falling to a 0-3 defeat.
The Whites travel to Wolves in Gameweek 4 where Mitrovic will be hoping to get back amongst the goals after netting twice in his last away league game against Leeds. Maupay's Brighton face an in-form Everton, which could prove a tricky task for the Albion forward to find the net in. With Wolves having conceded four in Gameweek 3, they may be suffering from a lack of confidence at the back and with Mitrovic priced at £0.5m cheaper than Maupay, the FPL value here looks to be with him for Gameweek 4.
Verdict: Aleksandar Mitrovic
