Everton vs Bournemouth Prediction

Everton have been much-improved since the appointment of Moyes with survival in the Premier League still the priority ahead of the visit of top four chasing AFC Bournemouth this weekend.

The Toffees come into this one on the back of an impressive 4-0 demolition of fellow strugglers Leicester City at Goodison Park last weekend thanks to a Beto brace as well as goals scored by Iliman Ndiaye and Abdoulaye Doucoure. They have now enjoyed three successive victories in the Premier League after wins against Tottenham and Brighton before that win.

Bournemouth, on the other hand, suffered a 2-0 defeat at home to Liverpool last weekend due to a Mohamed Salah brace. That respectable defeat at the Vitality Stadium ended what was a 12-match unbeaten run of form across all competitions. The Cherries currently sit just a few points outside of the top four and the UEFA Champions League qualifying spots.

David Moyes is now a trophy winning manager having won the UEFA Europa Conference League with West Ham United and Everton will want to go deep into this FA Cup campaign with survival now all but assured. Bournemouth may rest and rotate but are always entertaining to watch.
