Everton Preview: Sticky Toffees
In midweek, Everton were unfortunate to suffer a 1-0 loss to champions-elect Liverpool in the Merseyside Derby in a game in which Beto had a goal ruled out in the first-half before Diogo Jota separated the two sides with a strike mid-way through the second-half.
The Toffees had been unbeaten in their previous nine matches in the Premier League and have been in much-improved form throughout the last few months ever since the return of David Moyes in January, replacing Sean Dyche.
Arsenal Preview: Gunning for the title
Arsenal come into this one on the back of a 2-1 defeat of Fulham in a London derby at the Emirates Stadium the other day. They opened the scoring via Mikel Merino before the returning Bukayo Saka doubled their lead and then Rodrigo Muniz pulled a goal back late on.
The Gunners are preparing for the quarter-finals of the UEFA Champions League in midweek with a tie against Real Madrid. They do, though, begin this weekend’s round of fixtures sitting 12 points behind the aforementioned league leaders Liverpool.

Everton vs Arsenal Prediction
Everton have locked themselves down. Sean Dyche tried to do the same but the Toffees lacked so much in attack that they were still too easy to beat even when they played well. They face an Arsenal side that have had criticism levelled at them for lacking fluency and attacking spark throughout the campaign but the return of the aforementioned Saka should prove to be a major difference maker. The visitors are favourites but it is expected to be a low-scoring affair at Goodison Park.
