Delhi Capitals vs Gujarat Giants Expert Prediction

Both Delhi Capitals and Gujarat Giants are coming off the back of defeats and need to respond quickly in what is a fairly short league stage. Delhi Capitals can at least take heart from the fact that their first defeat of the tournament was followed up by victory afterwards as they look to repeat the dose here. The same can be said for Gujarat Giants, although having not played since February 18th is unlikely to have benefitted them with momentum difficult to gather.

On paper, Delhi appear to have a batting line-up with more depth and international quality right down the order, whereas Gujarat are slightly over reliant on players such as the Australians Ash Gardner and Beth Mooney. Therefore, the shrewd play may well be backing the Capitals to pick up the two points.
