WHAT IS THE CURRENT LEAGUE TABLE?
Below is the current Premier League Darts league table heading into Night 6:
NIGHT 6 PREDICTION
Having won the last two nights of Premier League Darts action, not to mention the fact he was the runner-up in the UK Open over the weekend, Michael van Gerwen has to be seen as the favourite to go all the way in Liverpool and extend his lead at the top of the table. Much will depend on how the surprise defeat to Andrew Gilding on Sunday will have impacted him though, and quarter-final opponent Jonny Clayton – who reached the final in Exeter last week – could be his trickiest opponent of the evening.
Elsewhere, Peter Wright will be desperate to register his first win of the competition after having lost out at the first hurdle on every night so far. After showing some promising signs in his run to the round of 16 in the UK Open though, we are backing Snakebite to reach the semi-finals at the very least.
PREDICTED NIGHT WINNER: Michael van Gerwen
