After missing out last year, Ted Evetts returns to the Alexandra Palace stage and will be determined to write his own history after his now infamous defeat to Fallon Sherrock two years ago. The newly-crowned world youth champion has a bright future ahead of him but this is a potential stumbling block against 2020 BDO World Championship runner-up Jim Williams. The Welshman impressively topped the Challenge Tour Order of Merit this year and was unlucky not to progress from his Grand Slam of Darts group last month, going out on leg difference after he won two of his three games. His game looks in good shape and this clash could easily go all the way to a decider so over 4.5 sets is worth looking at.
