THE PREDICTION

Rowby-John Rodriguez’ game certainly appears to be heading in the right direction as this year he reached the final of the World Cup of Darts, went to the fourth round of the UK Open and also made it out of his Grand Slam of Darts group last month, not to mention some success on the European Challenge Tour. He looks a far more mature player these days and he will fancy his chances against Nick Kenny, whose season has been far more low-key in comparison. The Welshman is a capable player but hasn’t shown his best form too frequently in recent times so the edge goes to Rodriguez here.
