Surprise 2020 quarter-finalist Darius Labanauskas has won his first-round game on all three occasions he has featured in the PDC World Darts Championship and he will expect to extend that record when he takes on world number 69 Mike De Decker, who suffered some bruising defeats in the Grand Slam of Darts last month which surely won’t have helped his confidence. De Decker was a late replacement for Charles Losper in this event and he has nothing to lose in a sense, but Labanauskas’ greater experience and pedigree on the big stage should see the Lithuanian to victory.
