World Championship debutant Maik Kuivenhoven and Matthew Edgar - who has yet to win a match in his two previous visits to Ally Pally - are meeting for the right to face Austria’s Mensur Suljovic in round two. Neither of the pair have been in good form in the run up to this tournament so it is fair to say that they are very much in need of a confidence boost as the year draws to a close.
