Daniel Barez: Spaniard looking to build on first UFC win
Daniel Barez (17-6) got his first UFC went under his belt last time out at UFC Fight Night 243 as he picked up a unanimous decision win over Victor Altamirano. The Spanish flyweight was submitted on his UFC debut in July 2023 by Jafel Filho but the victory in his second bout in the Octagon will give him good confidence ahead of UFC Fight Night 254 where he meets the unbeaten Andre Lima.
Andre Lima: Unbeaten Brazilian puts 100% record on the line
Andre Lima (10-0) has shown that he can improve with every fight after coming through Dana White's Contender Series in October 2023, the Brazilian reeled off three consecutive wins in 2024 after joining the UFC. As yet, his knockout power has not quite translated to the UFC yet but that is likely only a matter of time. He is still picking up victories due to his impressive work rate and he will be full of confidence of extending his streak to eleven wins.
