Damon Heta vs Luke Woodhouse Prediction

Damon Heta was impressive in his meeting with Connor Scutt on Saturday before Christmas and the Australian will take plenty of confidence from that performance.

He averaged 97.96, produced four checkouts over a ton and hit 52.4% of his checkouts to produce a high-quality performance against Scutt who also played well.

He meets Luke Woodhouse who will be flying himself having knocked out the man many were expecting to make a run for the title in Mike De Decker. His 3-1 win was highly impressive and he will be hoping to follow that up here.

That will not be easy against Heta. While Woodhouse did well to beat De Decker, he only averaged 88.38 in that match and it was as much down to De Decker not playing well as Woodhouse producing the goods. 

One feels he will have to improve significantly if he is to beat Heta here. The Australian has a real air of confidence in his game right now and we like his chances of progressing in what should be a highly entertaining match-up.
