London Spirit couldn’t have asked for a better fixture in which to bounce back after suffering a first defeat of the competition last time out against Trent Rockets. Welsh Fire meanwhile, remain a shambles with both bat and ball and their nine-wicket battering at the hands of Southern Brave this past Monday night was arguably their most resounding result yet. Having played five and lost five, any outcome other than a comprehensive victory for the Spirit in this one would be considered the biggest shock result of the tournament.
