NORTH QUEENSLAND COWBOYS VS CANBERRA RAIDERS PREDICTION

After having won three games in a row and with designs on a top-four place, the Cowboys’ crushing 42-18 defeat to the previously out-of-form Broncos last week was a significant shock to the system, and they must now regain their focus as they seek to solidify their standing in the top eight.

The Raiders’ defeat to the Sea Eagles last time out was a particularly damaging one for their own top-eight hopes and anything less than victory here could result in their season petering out into a premature end.

With both sides desperate to bounce back from defeats, this could be a tense and cagey game with neither wanting to give an inch. With that in mind, a relatively low-scoring encounter could ensue.

NORTH QUEENSLAND COWBOYS VS CANBERRA RAIDERS TIP: TOTAL POINTS – UNDER 48.5
