ZIMBABWE FORM: RAZA BACK IN RUNS, BUT ULTIMATELY IN VAIN
It’s now three defeats in a row across this series for Zimbabwe after their score of 152/7 was chased down with ease by India’s openers. Although Sikandar Raza returned to form with the bat, top-scoring for the hosts with 46, their overall total never felt like enough on a very good batting surface.

INDIA FORM: JAISWAL AND GILL PUT ON A FIRST-WICKET CLINIC
Yashasvi Jaiswal has made an immediate impact at top of the order for India across this series since joining the squad, backing up his 36 last Wednesday with an unbeaten 93 on Saturday. Opening partner Shubman Gill added 58 in an unbroken partnership of 156 as India romped home in the fourth T20i to win the series in style.

ZIMBABWE BETTING ANALYSIS
Investment in the Zimbabwean bowlers doesn’t appear to be the right move should the pitch play similar to what we saw less than 24 hours ago and with that in mind, explore the batting markets instead. We’ve previously mentioned that Sikandar Raza was due a good score in this series and Zimbabwe’s captain didn’t let us down in the fourth T20i. Back Raza to add another 20+ runs here and also consider a stake on him to finish as his side’s top batter for the second consecutive fixture.
INDIA BETTING ANALYSIS
On the back of consecutive half-centuries, Shubman Gill heads into this latest match full of confidence and it would be remiss not to take advantage of this from a betting point of view. Backing Gill to record 30+ runs would be a safer bet than backing him to score another fifty, but those perhaps searching for a riskier play that offers a higher return should explore the latter. Yashasvi Jaiswal has now racked up 129 runs across two innings in this series, so backing him to gain over 27.5 match runs in the fifth T20i has to be favoured.
ZIMBABWE VS INDIA EXPERT PREDICTION
As was the case in the fourth T20i, backing India to win outright offers very little in terms of value due to the desperately short odds on the table. Therefore, alternate avenues need to be explored in order to maximise value for your stake. This brings us to Jaiswal and Gill, both in excellent form and are well-placed to once again get India off to a strong start with the bat.
Regardless of whether the tourists are setting or chasing a target, their opening partnership are a good bet to utilise the powerplay to maximum effect and add a substantial number of runs for the first wicket in this final game of the series.
