Oman produced a dominant win over Papua New Guinea in their opening game of the T20 World Cup but could not build on that as they then went down to Bangladesh and Scotland which saw them fail to make the tournament proper. They now take on a Nepal side that have not seen much action in recent years and this will be their first T20i since the end of 2019.
