The bowlers did an excellent job restricting the tourists to 138/7, clearly an under-par score on what was admittedly a tougher pitch with the surface a used one. The Tigers took advantage to claim the win.
ZIMBABWE
Zimbabwe remain a clear level below Bangladesh in these conditions and with both bat and ball, they haven’t managed to keep up with the Tigers. Their more experienced players are yet to fire and this is proving to be a difficult assignment for the younger names among the squad against an extremely credible and strong Bangladesh bowling unit on home soil.
