- Zimbabwe’s top order batters have failed miserably so far across this series with seven of the eight innings played by the top four having been ended in single figures with a high score of just 16 from Innocent Kaia.

- Although India couldn’t match their ten-wicket success in the opening ODI in this series, they still did enough to emerge comfortably victorious after their bowlers once again laid down a perfect platform, with all six utilised taking at least one wicket.
