He got his chance in the UFC after four successive knockout wins and he made it five in a row against CJ Vergara on his debut at UFC Fight Night 244 in October. He has won his last ten bouts and the Uzbek star is growing in confidence with every win.

Johnson has done an impressive job of late in using his experience and getting the wins. He comes into this fight with a significant height and reach advantage and he will want to keep this fight standing where possible.
This fight serves as a golden opportunity for both men. For Johnson, it is a chance to extend his winning streak and stay relevant within the division. For Temirov, a win over a streaking veteran like Johnson would be a significant statement in the flyweight division in just his second bout in the organisation.
We like Temirov in this one. It would be easy to lean to Johnson due to his greater experience in the UFC but Temirov is the younger man and could have more levels to go. A stoppage seems unlikely but we see this going to the scorecards and Temirov getting the nod.
