Central Coast Mariners vs Perth Glory Prediction
After finishing at the top-of-the-table in last season’s regular season, the Central Coast Mariners have struggled in this campaign as they begin this weekend’s round of fixtures sitting tenth in the A League table, struggling to balance their domestic commitments with the AFC Champions League, of which they are now eliminated from after the league phase.
They now take on a Perth Glory side that begin the match day sitting rock-bottom in Australia’s top-flight. The Western Australians have managed just two victories in their 21 matches so far this season, most recently suffering a 3-1 defeat at home to a similarly poor Brisbane Roar side a couple of weeks ago before the March international break.
With their home advantage, the Central Coast Mariners are still the side to be sided with for this one, despite their average form, up against such poor opposition this weekend.
