Castleford Tigers vs Hull FC Prediction

It’s been a promising start to the campaign so far for Hull FC and they’ll no doubt see this as a golden opportunity to put more points on the board against a Castleford Tigers side with little momentum and who are likely low on confidence following recent results. The Tigers have shipped a whopping 124 points across their last four Super League games, losing three of those matches.

Jon Cartwright’s men have struggled to score a high volume of points at times this season despite their largely positive results. They came through 12-16 against Wakefield Trinity most recently, but the defence has been excellent, as proven in the last round of the Challenge Cup when they knocked out defending champions Wigan Warriors.

In the end, Hull FC should continue to ride the crest of a wave and against what has been a leaky backline, the visitors will be expected to put up the points required to defeat Castleford Tigers in this one.
