Cameron Norrie vs Zizou Bergs Prediction

Cam Norrie has had a 2024 to forget but he is determined to end the year on a positive note and do well in Metz this week.

He has picked up wins over Roberto Carballes Baena and Luca van Assche to reach the quarters and both matches have been tough three-setters. He had something of a bust-up with the Spaniard but that seemed to spur him on further and he will have gained some confidence from the two wins.

Now he meets Zizou Bergs who is playing some quality tennis himself. He has picked up back-to-back straight-set wins with his last coming against Hugo Gaston on Wednesday.

The 25-year-old Belgian has never met Norrie before but he will fancy his chances. Bergs has picked up some good wins in recent weeks and he will fancy his chances of being more than a match for the Brit.

We like Bergs chances here. He has been playing better tennis than Norrie for some time and with both seemingly to be motivated, Bergs’ quality should come through.
