Cameron Norrie vs Jiri Lehecka Prediction

Cam Norrie was in sparkling form in the first round as he completely dominated against Luca Nardi beating the Italian 6-0 6-3. That was somewhat surprising given the fact Nardi has not been playing badly of late but it was a combination between Norrie playing well and Nardi never getting into first gear.

The Brit now meets Czech star Jiri Lehecka in what promises to be a really good match. The pair have met three times before with Norrie leading the head-to-head 2-1 but it was Lehecka who won the last meeting.

Lehecka had an excellent week in Doha beating seeds Grigor Dimitrov and also Carlos Alcaraz. He was eliminated by Jack Draper in the semis there and then he went on to lose in the first round in Dubai to Ugo Humbert.

There was some really positive signs with Lehecka however so far in 2025 and he has the talent to do exceptionally well.

This will be a tough match however and while Lehecka is favoured by the bookies, it could well be a close one. We have to side with Lehecka given his form in recent weeks but this one could go all the way to a deciding set.
