The heat in the build-up to this fight between Bryce Mitchell and Jean Silva has been spectacular and it will be fascinating to see how this fight plays out. The intensity brought by both men has been incredible and it may well be that the coolest head emerges victorious on Saturday night.
Mitchell won the first 15 fights of his professional MMA career but has since gone 2-2 in the Octagon. The losses to Ilia Topuria by submission and Josh Emmett by knockout have just derailed his rise up the rankings to degree but he remains one of the most dangerous fighters in the division.

Not only is Silva an incredible power puncher but he also has a serious chin. The biggest challenge in this fight against Mitchell will be whether he can defend the takedowns which Mitchell will surely prioritise.
Mitchell will surely not stand and trade otherwise we only see this fight ending in the knockout for the Brazilian. If Mitchell gets this fight to the ground he can make this a long night for Silva and grind out a decision victory.
Those are the only two routes to victory that we can see and we are struggling to pick between the two. Consider both as a double chance but our marginal preference would be Silva picking up the knockout win after dragging Mitchell into a war he should not get into.
