MAHAMMADRASUL MAJIDOV

• Majidov finally started his professional career back in September and got off to a shaky start getting knocked down early by Ed Fountain but recovered well to finish him in the fourth round.
  
• Majidov had a very long but successful amateur career at super heavyweight, winning a host of medals including three golds at the World Amateur Championships (2011, 2013 and 2017) and a bronze medal at the London 2012 Olympic Games.
  
• At the 2011 World Amateur Championships, Majidov met Anthony Joshua in the finals and beat him via a decision.

TOM LITTLE

• Little has lost his last three fights via TKO but they were against top prospects Filip Hrgovic and Daniel Dubois and then the veteran David Price.
  
• Little’s fight with Price was very controversial. Price landed a heavy uppercut and right hand that made Little stumble but was by no means on his way out. The referee stopped the contest much the frustration of Little and surprise of Price.
  
• Although Little has lost his last three he will have gained valuable experience sharing the ring with top fighters and he is very confident going into this fight with a height and weight advantage over Majidov.

THE PREDICTION

A lot was expected from Majidov's debut but he was rocked early. However, he recovered well to finish the fight and is expected to learn from this as Tom Little will start aggressively. After three knockout losses in a row there will be question marks over Little's chin and he will do well to make it to a decision.
