Bernarda Pera vs Linda Noskova prediction

Bernarda Pera began her clay court season at the Charleston Open, with a loss in the first-round to Sofia Kenin. Pera rarely troubled her compatriot as she fell to a 6-3 6-4 defeat, though Kenin would go on to make the final of the event. 

She faces a tough assignment in her first-round match, with a match against second seed Linda Noskova as she aims to avoid losing three matches in a row. 

Noskova, who won the French Open girls singles title in 2021, has reached the semi-finals and quarter-finals of the Abu Dhabi Open and Dubai Tennis Championships this season. She defeated second seed and top 15 player Paula Badosa in the former event.

However, despite being seeded in both events, she suffered two first-round losses at Indian Wells and Miami and will hope to bounce back with an impressive run in Rouen.

Noskova leads the head-to-head 1-0, with a win in Doha in February last year. Despite her poor form, we expect her to wrap this up comfortably.
