PREDICTION
Friday offers up the latest instalment in the ongoing Melbourne rivalry between City and Victory. Third plays host to fourth and although Kevin Muscat’s side will not be able to leapfrog their cross-town rivals with a win this weekend, they can at least lay claim to local bragging rights. Warren Joyce’s City side have lost their last two league outings and will look to return to winning ways against their nearest rivals. The form book goes out the window on occasions such as this, so a draw could be the most likely outcome.

MEMORABLE MEETING
The last five Melbourne derbies have seen a winner, so you must go back to February 2016 for the last time it ended up with honours even. AAMI Park was the setting as the two clubs played out a frenetic 2-2 draw, one that also saw City end the game with 10 men. Anthony Caceres was given his marching orders 11 minutes from time as both sides had to make do with just a point.
